MUSIC AT ST MARY’S

Gareth Pritchard, our organist, holds Choir practice on Fridays at 7.30 p.m. for the Senior Choir
The Choir leads the singing at the 10.00 a.m. service. The Choir also sings Choral Evensong four times a year, leads the worship at the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols and during the Good Friday devotions. They also perform at least one concert a year. If you would like to join the Choir, please contact us.

THE PRAYER GROUP
The Prayer Group continue to pray for the needs of St Mary's and its people. It also keeps a prayer chain going 24/7 for the needs of everyday situations.
Throughout this year we have seen many changes to our church family and have thanked God for the results. Although they haven't been the results we expected in some cases, we have come to be closer to God for his power to bring the right result for our church. Sometimes we don't know what is right, but God does and it seems always to be the case that the results have been better than we could have imagined.
So as we grow in strength knowing He can take us on a journey of Faith and that the more we learn to pray as an everyday habit, we come to rely on His spirit working within us and our church.
Come and join us once a month on the third Thursday morning at 9.00 a.m.

TRAIDCRAFT AT ST MARY’S
St Mary's is a Fairtrade Church. A Traidcraft stall, selling fairly traded goods and gifts, is held in the Parish Rooms following the 10:00 a.m. service each Sunday.
